Burlesque Boudoir

Last week while in Nashville, I had an amazing opportunity to shoot a boudoir session with a local burlesque dancer. She was not only gorgeous, but brought some of her stage costumes with her to the studio, which made for some fantastic retro style images!

The term boudoir is derived from the French verb bouder, which means “to pout”…on that note, how fabulous are those red lips?

As I’ve mentioned before on the blog, I had the time of my life in Nashville, and being able to create images with such a beautiful, strong woman was the icing on the cake!
