Ivanette worked with Karen a few years ago at her first job after moving to Ottawa for University. Over the years they had lost contact, but once Karen saw Ivanette at our booth in the Ottawa Wedding show, it was quite the reunion! {Carolyn & Justin} Engagement session on the water near Kingston Ontario

This past Sunday Ivanette and I had one of the most relaxing engagement sessions. A few months ago, we had the pleasure of meeting with Carolyn and her parents at the studio to discuss their photography needs. We learnt the story about how Carolyn first met Justin. Justin works at a Marina that services a small lake just north of Kingston, where Carolyn’s family would spend the summer at their cottage. Over the years, Carolyn would routinely take the boat down to the marina to fill it up with gas. With a little encouragement from their families, and a few years later, Carolyn and Justin started dating, the rest is just history. We thought that the most fitting place for their engagement photos would be the marina where everything started.
