{Tom & Zaneta} Ottawa Wedding Photographer – Ottawa City Hall

Tom and Zaneta were such a pleasure to work with this Saturday. Truth be told, this was one of our favorite weddings to shoot--they are so obviously in love and they were so much fun! They had a very intimate ceremony at Ottawa City Hall this Saturday that they put together in only 3 days! To emphasize that point, they are the only couple we have ever booked via telephone consultation. I was a little nervous about shooting their wedding without having met them first, but we got on famously! Zaneta was absolutely gorgeous in her off beat turquoise dress, which set her blue eyes off beautifully. Tom looked relaxed enough in his red Campers, but joked a little about wearing running shoes to make a quick escape if he changed his mind. {Tammy} Ottawa Wedding Photographer – Trash the Dress!

Rarely does a photographer find a bride who is so in tune with a concept for a photo shoot that she actually says "I could..." and volunteer to do something amazing for a shot before I get the chance to ask. {Eden & David} Ottawa Wedding Photographer – Orchardview

This past Sunday, Eden and David tied the knot at Orchardview, located in the south end of Ottawa in the beautiful village of Manotick. They had a gorgeous day for their wedding; the sun even cooperated, which has been rare around here lately!  Their ceremony truly celebrated their love and committment to each other and their darling daughter Emily.  She even had a stunning little red dress to match mommy's!  I actually went to high school with Eden and all of her lovely bridesmaids, and even worked with them on occasion.  After high school, however, with moving, and college, and new careers, we lost contact with each other.
